Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery (Croatia)

Delivery is handled by DPD.

Delivery price for all location in Croatia is 5 €.

Delivery time: Packages that are available immediately are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Packages printed on demand are typically delivered within 14 business  days.

International Delivery (EU Countries)

Delivery prices depend on the package weight and destination zone.

Up to 2 kg:

Zone 1 (SI): 15 €

Zone 2 (AT, HU, DE, SK): 25 €

Zone 3 (FR, IT, PL, NL): 32 €

Zone 4 (BG, SE, PT): 45 €

Non-EU International Delivery

Delivery is available to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries. 

Delivery prices depend on the package weight and destination zone.

Up to 2 kg: 

Bosnia and Herzegovina/Serbia: 28.54 €

Switzerland: 56.94 €

Norway: 73.57 €

UK: 29.15 €

Delivery times:

Packages that are available immediately are typically delivered within 4-8 business days, depending on the Zone. Packages printed on demand are typically delivered within 14 business  days on top the typical delivery.

Additional Notes for Non-EU Deliveries:

  • Customs clearance fees are not included in the delivery price and are calculated separately.
  • Customers are responsible for all additional customs charges.

Undelivered Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered to your address on the first attempt:

    • During peak seasons (until January), the package will be redirected to the nearest DPD Pickup Point or locker, with a notification sent to the customer.
    • For the rest of the year, a second delivery attempt will be made. If undelivered, the package will be held at the DPD facility for 5 days before being returned to the sender.
  • Return Fees for undelivered packages:

    • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or not being collected, a return fee of 0.76 € per package will apply.

Important Delivery Terms

  1. Inspection upon delivery:
    Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. If the package is damaged:

    • Refuse the delivery and notify us at nina@tocfestival.com.
    • If the damage is discovered after delivery, keep the original packaging, take photos, and contact us immediately.
  2. Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

    • The seller is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  3. Customs Documentation:
    For deliveries requiring customs clearance (e.g., Switzerland, UK), the required commercial documents must be provided, including UID numbers where applicable.
